WESTERN ART & TACK SHOW - FREE ADMISSION
If you're in the mood to acquire some very fine leather, jewelry, paintings, clothing, gear, hand crafted tack, etc., then browse through the tent located in front of the Grandstand.

If you are interested in being a vendor, please print the VENDOR APPLICATION and return it to our office by the deadline on the application.

Don't miss the Mariachi Alma De Mexico Band (tacos served by El Grullense Jal) in the tent on Friday, at 5:00 p.m. sponsored by the S.B.C. Saddle Horse Association.

MEMORIAL ROPING, SATURDAY, JUNE 17th
The Memorial Roping is dedicated to those competitors we lost too soon. This event starts at 9:00 a.m. in the Arena. Spectators are encouraged to attend, and are FREE.

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
You can become a lifetime member of the Saddle Horse Association for $10.00. Just call the Saddle Horse Association office at (831) 628-3545 for an application or by printing the Membership Application HERE and mailing it with a check payable to the S.B.C. Saddle Horse Association. Then bring your table service and your appetite to theAnnual Membership BBQ on Sunday, June 19th, starting at 1:30 p.m. Begin the day by watching the Figure-8 eliminations at 8:00 a.m., then jackpot roping immediately following. You can't beat a wonderful steak barbecue for just $10.00 per member, $15.00 per adult guest, or $5.00 for children 6 to 12 years. Children under 6 are free. Coffee is provided, otherwise BYOB.

ENTRY RULES & INFORMATION
Entries will be open to bona fide residents or real property taxpayers of San Benito County who have been so for at least 30 days prior to the start of the show AND TO PAST CONTESTANTS WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE SHOW IN THE PAST 5 YEARS. People who are fully employed in San Benito County (but do not live in the county) are also eligible to enter. Any horse entered in the Rodeo must be owned by someone who would be eligible to be a contestant.

LOST AND FOUND DEPARTMENT
Be sure to contact the Office and inquire about our lost and found items. Each year, we collect items that have lost their owners. Keys, coin purses, hats, etc., are in the current collection. If you can give us a good description of the article - it could bring you back together.

SPONSORS / ADVERTISERS
If you are interested in donating money toward the purse or prizes in any class, please call the Office at (831) 628-3545.

If you want to advertise your business in our Show Program call the Office for details. Ads range from full page color down to business card size. Prices range from $650 down to $60. Approximately 7,000 people read the program so you get good coverage for a reasonable fee.

If you want to advertise your business with a banner in our arena during the show call the Office for details.

SADDLE HORSE ASSOCIATION MUSEUM
Check out the Association Museum located at the south end of the Grandstand. The Museum houses memorabilia of many of San Benito County's finest (and famous) cowboys and cowgirls.

General Admission Tickets will go on sale in late May in person.
General Admission tickets are for rows G, H, J, K & L in all sections, as well as the North Section and the Handicap Section.
Please ask about Box Seats that may be available for resale.
Mail/Phone Orders will be kept on file by date received and processed starting on May 26th.

How to get to the Rodeo:

The rodeo grounds are located at Bolado Park, Highway 25, eight miles south of Hollister, just beyond Tres Pinos. [Map it]

Directions From Hwy 101 going north:
Take Hwy 156 (San Juan Bautista) exit and bear right. Stay on this road past San Juan Bautista (SJB/Hollister Rd.). Turn right at the signal onto Union Rd. Continue on Union, winding around the outskirts of Hollister, to the 4-way stop at Hwy 25/Airline Hwy. Turn right and continue past Tres Pinos to Bolado Park.

From Hwy 101 going south:
Take Hwy 25 (Hollister/Pinnacles) exit and go back over the freeway. Approaching Hollister, turn left on Wright Rd. (shortly before 156/25 intersection), which turns into McCloskey. At the end of McCloskey, turn Right onto Fairview. Continue to the 4-way stop and turn left on Hwy 25/Airline Highway. Continue past Tres Pinos to Bolado Park.

From Hwy 5:
Take Hwy 152 West (Pacheco Pass) to Hwy 156 (after Casa de Fruta). Follow Hwy 156 to the signal at Fairview Rd. Turn left and continue to the 4-way stop; turn left on Hwy 25/Airline Hwy and continue past Tres Pinos to Bolado Park.
