We hope this letter finds you well. As we prepare for the 92nd San Benito County Saddle Horse Show & Rodeo, we take pride in continuing a tradition that has brought our community together since 1929. This event has become a cornerstone of San Benito County, reflecting the values, resilience, and heritage of our community.

Over the years, the rodeo has endured challenges, from wars to the pandemic, and its success would not have been possible without the support of sponsors like you. As a 501(c)5 nonprofit organization led by a volunteer board of directors, we rely on your contributions to keep this tradition alive and thriving.

The variety of sponsorship opportunities we have are to ensure the continued success of our three-day rodeo. Options include Major Sponsorship for each Performance, Track Sponsorship (exclusive), Roping Box Gate(s), and the Center Return Gate at the bucking chutes (exclusive). Each can be customized for single or Legacy (multi-year) commitments. Additionally, we are hosting our fourth annual Saddle Horse Special Rodeo on June 27th at 10:00 am with specific sponsorship opportunities available for this special event.

As we grow and look ahead, we’re excited and proud to continue our expanded Track events and welcoming Contestants from surrounding counties along with new sponsorship opportunities. We will be continuing the Added Money for several key events, making this year’s competition more exciting than ever.
