2024 Rodeo Food & Beverage Vendor Information

Friday - Sunday

June 28th, 29th, and 30th

LOCATION:
Saddle Horse Show & Rodeo
Bolado Park Event Center

9000 Airline Hwy.  Tres Pinos, CA 95075

DATE & TIMES:

  • Friday, 9:00 am–2:00 pm (Set-up time-frame) Please do not plan to arrive prior to 9 am

  • Friday, 4:00 pm–10:00 pm No-Host wine reception at 5:00 pm under vendor tent

  • Saturday & Sunday, 11:00 am–6:00 pm 

BOOTH DETAILS:
  • No products bearing San Benito Saddle Horse Show and Rodeos’ trademark, name, logo, or reference to such may be sold or distributed without written permission from Director King.
  • If you are approved as a food/beverage vendor, you must work ALL 3 days of the event. The booth MUST be manned during all hours of the event listed above.

  • The food/beverage vendors are located in front of the grandstands in a prime location to get outstanding foot traffic. 

COST:
  • 10 x 10 - $150

  • 10 x 20 - $275

  • 10 x 30 - $400

  • Other sizes available upon request 

REQUIREMENTS:

If approved you must sign the contract provided, provide all required licenses and permits required by law and those required by the CA State Dept. of Public Health and the San Benito Co. Health Dept. and full payment will be due no later than May 4th, 2024, NO EXCEPTIONS.

CAMPING:

If you are planning on camping at Bolado Park during the Rodeo, call the San Benito County Fair at (831) 628-3421 to make reservations and arrange for payment.
