2023 Western Arts & Equipment Show

Fri-Sun, June 23rd, 24th, and 25th

LOCATION:
Saddle Horse Show & Rodeo
Bolado Park Fairgrounds
Tres Pinos, CA 95075

DATE & TIMES:

  • Friday, 8:00 am–2:00 pm (Set-up time-frame) Please do not plan to arrive prior to 8 am.

  • Friday, 4:00 pm–10:00 pm No-Host wine reception at 5:00 pm 

  • Saturday & Sunday, 11:00 am–6:00 pm 

BOOTH DETAILS:
  • No products bearing San Benito Saddle Horse Show and Rodeos’ trademark, name, logo, or reference to such may be sold or distributed without written permission from Director King.
  • The vendor’s tent will be located in front of the Grandstand.

  • It is expected that your booth will be open and manned during Show hours, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

  • Set-up on Friday any time after 8:00 A.M. Booth to be open for business by 4:00 P.M. Friday.

  • Vendor tent will be locked down and security provided Friday and Saturday nights.

  • If power is needed, vendors must bring their own 150 ft. to 200 ft. extension cord.

  • Each Vendor is required to provide a silent auction item for the Saturday night BBQ  

COST:
  • $210 for a booth 10 x 10 with one 4 x 8 table and two chairs
  • $385 for a booth 10 x 20 with two 4 x 8 tables and four chairs

CAMPING:

If you are planning on camping at Bolado Park during the Rodeo, call the San Benito County Fair at (831) 628-3421 to make reservations and arrange for payment.
