The Saddle Horse Show and Rodeo Museum was started in 1991 by the SHS Association. Built at the south end of the grandstands, it houses memorabilia from the past years including photos, tack, saddles artwork of local western artists and so much more. It is a celebration of the rich history of the Saddle Horse Show which started in 1929.
The Museum is open the 3 days of the Saddle Horse Show, the last full weekend in June, and the first weekend in October for the San Benito County Fair. It can also be open by special appointment throughout the year.
Go back in time and enjoy our wonderful heritage of San Benito County.
